Ashley Gold Corp. Discovers High Grade Gold in the Northern Trench Zone, Grabs Highs of 398 g/t Au and 158 g/t Au in First Pass Prospecting, Receives Finalized IP Report, Completes Additional High Priority Prospecting on the Tak, Abutting the Goliath-Gold Complex, Dryden Area

CALGARY, ALBERTA – June 25, 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: “ASHL”) (“Ashley” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide a comprehensive update in regards to ongoing activities.

Highlights:

  • 31 grab samples from initial prospecting received, the Northern Trench Zone (“NTZ”) returns highest assay in Tak history and Company history,
  • Received completed IP report – highlighting a secondary resistive trend extending east into the Wedge Zone, mining claims held by Ashley Gold with 0% NSR.
  • Active prospecting North West of the 67Z completed, 39 new samples pending.

Figure 1: Regional Map and Area of Activity

President Noah Komavli on the 398 g/t Au grab sample:

”The Northern Trench Zone is an area with no historic drilling, yet was subject to deep, long trenches being dug by the old timers. These trenches pre-date the work by prior operators, including Cominco and Triex. Since no work was done in proximity to the slumped in trenches, all past operators have failed to recognize potential that the old timers likely discovered. On this line, the IP report highlights a strong gold index coinciding with a very strong chargeability response. So far, resistive rock has been the target of our exploration drilling. Phase 3 drilling will prioritize step outs and one or more NTZ holes, as previously disclosed.”

CEO Darcy Christian on the IP report:

“The finalized IP report highlights trends continuing into both flanks of the Tak Patents. In the east, this extends onto Ashley’s mining claims, into the historically worked trenches known as the Wedge Zone. As well, multiple zones trend West into the NexGold, Goliath-Gold Complex mining claims. We have yet to drill in the areas recommended in the IP report, with our Phase 1 and Phase 2 programs active around lines 500 and 250, respectively. With significant gold results already returned in D99Z, we look forward to submitting the recent core from the 67Z.”

Tak Project – Background

Situated abutting the Northeast of the Goliath Gold Complex, the Tak Patents have been the subject of intermittent exploration efforts from the 1900’s, with legendary companies like Lac Minerals (Barrick) and Cominco (Teck) exploring in and around the patented ground. At least two surveys were flown, with the most detailed mapping occurring in the late 1900’s. Within the patented boundary, only 11 historic holes were ever recorded from two operators – in 1999 and 2002. After 2002, the project sat idle for 24 years until acquired by the Company.

In 2026, mere weeks after acquisition, Ashley commissioned the first modern IP survey. The results highlighted a +1km resistive body, with two main chargeable units flanking the resistive body to the North. Ashley engaged 518 Drilling Ltd., deploying equipment into the patents for continued use. Guided in part from historic records and Phase 1 drilling results, three high priority zones have emerged.

Exploration Zones

D99Z:

In early 2026, a 5 hole, first phase program was successful in validating and expanding 1999 results. The zone was given the moniker “D99Z”. With the final two holes still pending from Phase 1 drilling, the surface mineralization width in the D99Z is 100m.

67Z:

Two holes carried out in 2002 included TAK-02-06 and TAK-26-07, intercepting 3.08 g/t Au over 7.57 m (plus 7.0 g/t Au over 1.1 m) and 3.18 g/t Au over 8.7 m (incl. 9.67 g/t Au over 0.8 m), respectively (Southern Rio, 2002). These intercepts were some of the best in recorded history on the Tak Patents, and the area was given the title “67Z” by Ashley. In Phase 2 drilling, Ashley deployed 3 holes on IP line 250 to target the zone and collect data on lithologies, as well as dip.

NTZ:

The Northern Trench Zone (“NTZ”) comprises numerous trenches, up to 2m wide, 2m deep and some as long as 60m. This area has no drilling records, yet was worked vigorously, as evidenced by the scale of the trench networks. Ashley has discovered a new high grade zone through prospecting, assaying a high of 398 g/t Au. Phase 3 drilling will allocate some meterage to test these zones with no historic drill records.

Tak History

January 1940s – Long Lac Minerals (Mosher Long Lac Gold Mines Ltd.), extensive surface trenching (trenches up to 70 m long) on the Tak Grid targeting gold mineralization in quartz-feldspar porphyry (QFP); followed by 1948 magnetometer survey. MDI.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

All samples were collected in the field using a hammer and chisel. Locations were obtained using a handheld GPS with samples placed in pre-labelled sample bags. Samples were securely transported by field staff to ActLabs in Dryden, ON for 1A3 Au fire assay. Samples are dried and pulverized with subsequent random sample size of 5 to 50 grams. The sample is mixed with fire assay fluxes (borax, soda ash, silica, litharge) and with Ag added as a collector and the mixture is placed in a fire clay crucible. The mixture is then preheated at 850°C, intermediate 950°C and finish 1060°C with the entire fusion process lasting 60 minutes. The crucibles are then removed from the assay furnace and the molten slag (lighter material) is carefully poured from the crucible into a mould, leaving a lead button at the base of the mould. The lead button is then placed in a preheated cupel which absorbs the lead when cupelled at 950°C to recover the Ag (doré bead) + Au. Au is separated from the Ag in the doré bead by parting with nitric acid. The resulting gold flake is annealed using a torch.  The gold flake remaining is weighed gravimetrically on a microbalance.

Table 1: Drilling Location Data

TAK-26-01 was an eastern step out and undercut of the historic TAK-99-01 hole. This hole assayed 1.104 g/t Au over 28.2 m, leading to the moniker “Double 9 Zone” or D99Z, highlighting the 1999 drilling discovery of the gold bearing zone at surface.

TAK-26-02 was designed as an eastern fan from TAK-02-02. The results display gold mineralization starting at the drill hole collar, with a significant result of 0.586 g/t Au over 34.2 m. The entire hole returned anomalous gold values, with three distinct zones. This was the deepest hole ever drilled on the property and terminated in a wide, low grade zone of gold. Towards termination, both TAK-26-02 and TAK-26-03 intercepted pervasive green sericite-chlorite alteration, brecciation, and quartz veining accompanied by an increased sulphide content – all of which likely point to an increase in hydrothermal interaction.

TAK-26-03 fanned west from the same pad as TAK-26-02, intercepting anomalous grades from start to finish; 0.22 g/t Au over 156.5 m, including 0.580 g/t Au over 12.65 m within 0.332 g/t Au over 28.65 m.

TAK-26-04 drilled North from the TAK-99-10 collar location. Intercepting 1.505 g/t Au over 10.25 m near surface, within 0.996 g/t Au over 16.00 m from collar, in 118.23 m of anomalous gold values.

TAK-26-05 was the farthest easterly hole at depth, intercepting 0.319 g/t Au over 36.65 m from the collar, including 0.426 g/t Au over 15.00 m and 0.738 g/t Au over 6.00 m.

Phase 1&2 – Next Steps

Phase 2 logging and cutting is ongoing.

QA/QC

The Company adheres to a strict QA/QC protocol for handling, sampling, sample transportation and analyses. Drill core was boxed, covered and sealed at the drill rig site. Core boxes were labelled with the official drillhole name and identified in numerical sequence starting from beginning of the hole to the end. Wooden blocks with the corresponding down hole meterage were inserted after every drill run by the drill contractor. Drill core boxes were transported by contactors to the onsite logging facility where Company personnel took over the core handling.

All drilling at the Tak project recovers NQ core. Drill core is systematically cut in half using a diamond saw. A qualified geologist examines the intact drill core, marking intervals for sampling and indicating the cutting line. Sample lengths are typically 1.0 metre, adjusted to a maximum of 1.5 meters or a minimum length of 0.3 metre as necessary to respect lithological and/or mineralogical contacts and to isolate narrow veins or structures that may contain higher-grade mineralization.

Technicians saw the core along the cutting lines determined by the geologist. One half of the core is retained as a representative sample, while the other half is submitted for analysis. Individual sample bags are labelled, tagged, and securely sealed – being then placed into rice bags, which are clearly marked with their contents. Each rice bag tends to hold 10 sample bags and is then sealed at capacity. The Company submits samples for gold determination by fire assay to ActLabs – Dryden. (“ActLabs”).

Samples were securely couriered to ActLabs in Dryden, ON by Company management and Company representatives for 1A2 Au fire assay. Samples are dried and pulverized with subsequent sample size of 5 to 50 grams. The sample is mixed with fire assay fluxes (borax, soda ash, silica, litharge) and with Ag added as a collector and the mixture is placed in a fire clay crucible. The mixture is then preheated at 850°C, intermediate 950°C and finished at 1060°C with the entire fusion process lasting 60 minutes.

MDI.

CALGARY, ALBERTA – June 9, 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: “ASHL”) (“Ashley” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide a comprehensive update in regards to ongoing activities.

Highlights:

  • Two holes from Phase 1 remain pending, with assays expected shortly,
  • Four holes of Phase 2 program completed, logging and cutting to commence later this week,
  • Located additional outcrop east of the 67Z, to be drilled in a Phase 3 program,
  • Thirty-two samples from prospecting have results pending.

President Noah Komavli:

“We have structured the Phase 2 program with 1 exploratory hole between D99Z and 67Z, as well as three holes on line 250 directly in the vicinity of the 67Z. This included 1 twin of the two holes from 2002 that found the zone, as well as two step outs south, drilling North for data points on lithologies and dip. Brief visuals from all 67Z holes show stockworks in QFP, potassic alteration, as well as some of the best sulphide content encountered to date on the Tak, with logging and assays to confirm these early field visuals in greater detail. I am excited to share our findings.”

CEO Darcy Christian on the program; “We continue to be impressed by the scale and variety of mineralization present on the Tak patents. We are only 9 holes deep into a modern dataset, and most discoveries take significantly more meterage. By leveraging the data from the 11 historic holes, we are ahead of the curve in terms of what to look for. This is a complex system with what is likely a variety of phases contributing to what we see in the core. As we continue to refine our understanding of the system, we will develop greater clarity into what geological events occurred, leading to gold disposition. With 32 grab sample assays pending from prospecting, our next Phase 3 program will be focused on stepping out in all directions from 67Z, including the recently hailed Northern Trench Zone (NTZ), as well as east and west of the 67Z to probe strike extent.”

Figure 1: Regional Map and Area of Activity

In 2026, mere weeks after acquisition, Ashley commissioned the first modern IP survey. The results highlighted a +1km resistive body, with two main chargeable units flanking the resistive body to the North. Ashley engaged 518 Drilling Ltd., deploying equipment into the patents for continued use. Guided in part from historic records and Phase 1 drilling results, three high priority zones have emerged.

Exploration Zones

D99Z:

In early 2026, a 5 hole, first phase program was successful in validating and expanding 1999 results. The zone was given the moniker “D99Z”. With the final two holes still pending from Phase 1 drilling, the surface mineralization width in the D99Z is already estimated at +80m.

Example mineralization is shared below.

NTZ:

The Northern Trench Zone (“NTZ”) comprises dozens of trenches, up to 2m wide, 2m deep and some as long as 60m. This area has no drilling records, yet was worked vigorously, as evidenced by the scale of the trench networks. Ashley has 32 grab samples pending, with the majority taken from the trenches. Phase 3 drilling will allocate some meterage to test these zones with no historic drill records.

Table 1: Drilling Location Data

TAK-26-01 was an eastern step out and undercut of the historic TAK-99-01 hole. This hole assayed 1.104 g/t Au over 28.2 m, leading to the moniker “Double 9 Zone” or D99Z, highlighting the 1999 discovery of the gold bearing zone at surface.

TAK-26-02 was designed as an eastern fan from TAK-02-02. The results display gold mineralization starting at the drill hole collar, with a significant result of 0.586 g/t Au over 34.2 m. The entire hole returned anomalous gold values, with three distinct zones.

TAK-26-03 fanned west from the same pad as TAK-26-02.

TAK-26-04 and TAK-26-05 remain pending.

Table 2: Assay Results

Phase 1&2 – Next Steps

Phase 1 drilling focused on validating the historic holes drilled in 1999, as core is unavailable. Core from 2002 may have been cut to quarters in some sections, and therefore spacing of holes in Phase 1 drilling was planned to validate as much data as possible between 2002 and 1999 holes. TAK-26-02 and TAK-26-03 are the deepest holes drilled on the property to date, and mineralization present in the bottom of the holes displayed pervasive green sericite-chlorite alteration, brecciation, and quartz veining accompanied by an increased sulphide content, all of which could potentially indicate a higher degree of interaction with hydrothermal fluids.

Phase 2 is ongoing, with drilling focused on the 67Z.

Ashley Gold Corp. Provides Updates on Phase 2 Tak Drilling and Prospecting Activities, Dryden Area, Ontario

CALGARY, ALBERTA – June 3, 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: “ASHL”) (“Ashley” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide a status update in regards to ongoing activities.

Highlights:

  • Three holes from Phase 1 remain pending, with assays expected shortly,
  • Two holes of Phase 2 program completed,
  • Located undocumented outcrop south of the 67Z, proposed hole planned,
  • Thirty-two samples from prospecting submitted to ActLabs Dryden for fire assay.

Figure 1: Regional Map and Area of Activity

President Noah Komavli:

“The final assays of our Phase 1 program are expected in short order, with prospecting along historically worked trenches revealing strong potential outside of the main resistive trend currently being drilled. It is important to note that there is no record of these trenches ever being drill tested. With that in mind, the North Trench Zone (“NTZ”) is emerging as a potential shear associated structure running parallel to the resistive body on the North side of main chargeability anomaly. Grab sample assays will determine drilling allocations in the near future. Additionally, a LIDAR survey is being considered to highlight any features that remain under cover and simultaneously produce a highly accurate digital elevation model (DEM). The trenches in the NTZ are up to 2 m deep in some locations, 60 m long and up to 2 m wide. This impressive scale showcases the lengths that prior operators in 1940 and 1980 were willing to go to assess the structures on the Tak.”

Phase 2 – TAK-26-06

The first hole of the Phase 2 program was collared between the 99Z and 67Z zones, targeting historic trenches 18 and 19 at depth. The hole reached its planned depth of 122 m and was successful in intercepting target mineralization. Further updates will be provided when core logging and cutting for Phase 2 begins.

Drill Planning and Prospecting Update

Figure 4: 67Z – IP Line 250 – Overall Gold Index with Completed, In Progress, and Proposed Holes, Looking West

Prospecting south of the 67Z has uncovered an outcrop that was undocumented in the historic Tak maps. With current drilling focused in the area, the Company has proposed a third hole on IP line 250, backing away 75 meters to the South and drilling North. This planned hole has the ability to test recently identified surface mineralization as well as the width and depth of the 67Z – coinciding with a strong gold index. As previously stated, drill plans remain subject to a variety of conditions, including assays from Phase 1, visual indicators from Phase 2, as well as active prospecting.

Ashley Gold Corp. Re-Mobilizes Field Crew for Phase 2 Tak Drilling and Prospecting – Bordering the NexGold Goliath-Gold Complex, Dryden Area, Ontario

CALGARY, ALBERTA – May 26, 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp. (CSE: “ASHL”) (“Ashley” or the “Company”) is pleased to share an update in regards to its Phase 2 drilling activities on the wholly owned Tak Patents.

Highlights:

  • Drilling crew has mobilized for Phase 2 program, targeting 67Z and step outs,
  • Active field work occurring in advance and simultaneously, prospecting beyond known zones and ground truthing IP study features.

Pending Assays:

  • 3 holes from Phase 1 program remain pending.

Figure 1: Regional Map and Area of Activity

President Noah Komavli: “Ashley enters the summer field season with momentum, kicking off our second drill program on the Tak. In parallel and ahead of drilling, prospecting activities have begun, with assay results to be shared once received. So far, the selective grabs returned echo my sentiment of only scratching the surface of these claims. The data being generated from drilling and prospecting will serve to broaden our understanding of the Tak QFP. Phase 2 drilling is picking up in an area of significant historic results with only two holes ever drilled, results include 3.18 g/t Au over 8.7 metres, starting at 27.7 m (Southern Rio, 2002).”

Ground truthing resistive and chargeable targets, with a coinciding high gold index provided by the IP survey pseudosections have correlated strongly to early field findings. Including;

  • Historically worked trenches, numeric identifiers 18/19 (Cominco, 1980),
  • Multiple quartz stockwork zones.

Current prospecting is focused between the 99Z and 67Z, in final preparation for drilling between the two zones to test the IP model as part of the forthcoming Phase 2 program.

Phase 2 Planning

Ashley’s initial planning in is as follows:

  • TAK-26-06: exploratory hole ~150m east of the 67Z for possible strike extent, drilling underneath high priority stockworks zones identified during prospecting (Trench 18/19, Cominco, 1980),
  • TAK-26-07: 60 degree twin of the 67Z, with the dual purpose of validating the assays and confirming the dip of the zone (Figure 7, below),
  • TAK-26-08: Exploratory hole north along the gold index anomaly, into chargeability high, provided by the output of the induced polarization study (Figure 7, below),
  • TAK-26-09: Step west to the next pad area for another test of the 67Z strike.

Figure 7: Output from IP Survey – Resistivity Isoshell is 20,000 ohm-m (Left) and the Chargeability Isoshell is at 30ms (Right) – Pseudosection of Line 250 (67Z) showing the Gold Index Values (Background – with hotter colors being more prospective for Au)

Initial plans are subject to change based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, observations from the field during drilling and prospecting, receipt of finalized IP report, as well as pending results from Phase 1 holes.

The 67 Zone (“67Z”) was identified by a geophysical anomaly and followed up by drilling a two hole scissor in 2002 (Southern Rio). The property then sat idle for 24 years until Ashley’s acquisition in 2026.

TAK-02-06 returned an intersection from 27.27 to 35.30 m that assayed 3.08 g/t Au over 7.57 metres; however, this included an assay of 13.l g/t over 0.75 m that could not be repeated despite 9 re-assays, again indicating the nugget effect of the gold mineralization. The hole also returned an assay of 7.0 g/t Au over 1.1 from 81.3 to 82.4 m within a breccia zone with quartz-carb infilling and 1-2% pyrite. (Southern Rio, 2002)

TAK-02-07 returned an intersection from 27.70 to 36.40 m that assayed 3.18 g/t Au over 8.7 metres; this includes 8.62 g/t Au over 0.5 m from 27.70 to 28.20 m, 9.67 g/t Au over 0.8 m from 29.45 to 30.25 m, and 7.57 g/t Au over l .4 m from 35.00 to 36.40 m. (Southern Rio, 2002)

MDI.

1980 – Cominco, geological mapping, rock sampling, and magnetometer survey over the property identifying porphyry-hosted gold potential. MDI.

1998-1999 – Triex Resources, acquired the Tak Patents; conducted prospecting, sampling, trenching (assays 1,100–29,790 ppb Au), and drilled 10 DDH (~1,558 m total), including TAK-99-10 returning 2.082 g/t Au over 31.83 m from 3.57–35.40 m (incl. 11.778 g/t Au over 2.88 m and 7.632 g/t Au over 1.10 m); outlined stockwork quartz-carbonate veining in silicified/carbonatized QFP; MDI.

2002 – Southern Rio Resources, optioned the property from Triex and drilled 8 DDH (~1,209 m) on the Tak Grid; outlined gold mineralization over ~350 m strike length to ~100 m depth with stockwork veining, visible gold noted, and intercepts including TAK-02-06: 3.08 g/t Au over 7.57 m (plus 7.0 g/t Au over 1.1 m) and TAK-02-07: 3.18 g/t Au over 8.7 m (incl. 9.67 g/t Au over 0.8 m). Southern Rio AFRI report.

January 6, 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp., acquired 100% ownership of the Tak Patents (part of Burnthut Project, ~100 ha patented ground adjoining NexGold Goliath-Gold Complex) via all-stock deal from for 3.5M shares; consolidates historical data showing bulk-tonnage QFP-hosted gold potential open in all directions; 5% NSR to Royal Gold Inc. (2.5% buyback for $1M).

February 10, 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp., announced operational readiness for winter drilling campaign on Tak Patents and engagement of Abitibi Geophysics for first-ever modern OreVision IP survey to refine targets and twin historic holes.

March 14, 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp., provided interim IP data revealing 1 km resistive trend on Tak Patents aligning with historic gold zones and abutting NexGold Goliath-Gold Complex.

April 2–10, 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp., completed mobilization to site (drill trails, 10+ pads, rig and skidder in place) and announced crew mobilization/drilling kick-off for Phase 1 program targeting validation of historic D99Z zone and extensions.

April–May 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp., completed Phase 1 diamond drilling (5 holes: TAK-26-01 to TAK-26-05) as twins/fans to historic holes; core logging/cutting showed strong alteration, pyrite, and quartz-carbonate veining with multiple visible mineralization examples; equipment left on site for Phase 2.

May 14, 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp., reported first Phase 1 assay (TAK-26-01): 1.104 g/t Au over 28 m from collar (incl. 1.662 g/t Au over 12 m), confirming and validating historic near-surface mineralization in D99Z zone; mineralization starts at surface with strong continuity of grade within interval.

May 20, 2026 – Ashley Gold Corp., reported TAK-26-02 assays: multiple gold intervals including 0.586 g/t Au over 34.2 m from surface within 194.1 m of anomalous gold mineralization, further confirming broad width and continuity of the mineralized D99Z stockwork system south of TAK-26-01.
