PRESIDENT & CEO
Mr. Christian has over 15 years of International experience in Technical and Advisory roles in resource exploration and extraction for private juniors to large cap corporations. Mr. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta and a professional designation with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. Mr. Christian also holds a Master of Science in Geoscience from the University of London.
Exploration Manager
Mr. Baird brings over 17 years of technical, management, evaluation, and development experience in Au-Ag, Cu-Au, and Ni-Cu-PGE exploration across the Americas and Caribbean with Vale, Wallbridge, Carube Copper, C3 Metals, and PrometheX Ltd. Mr. Baird played an integral part in the discovery of Parkin 1500 Cu-Ni-PGE Zone (Sudbury), Rogers Creek and MacKenzie Cu-Au Porphyries (BC), and the Main Ridge Au-Ag-Cu Epithermal trend in Jamaica and the development of the Broken Hammer Cu-PGE open pit in Sudbury, Ontario.
Director (COB), Officer
Mr. Stephenson brings 45 years of experience in the areas of Mining, Oil and Gas and the financial industry. Mr. Stephenson currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ursa Polaris Developments Corporation (est.1968) from 1985 to present, where he advanced towards production, a number of vein mines in Alaska, Idaho, Northwest Territories and Ontario.
CFO
Mr. Rozek has over 10 years experience in Accounting and Finance. His experience includes audit, financial reporting, tax, and project management. Mr. Rozek completed his Bachelors of Nursing degree at the University of Calgary. He later completed his Masters in Professional Accounting (MPAcc) at the University of Saskatchewan and earned his Chartered Accountant, and Chartered Professional Accountant designations with Deloitte, in Calgary and the island of Bermuda.
Dependant Director
Mr. Coleman brings over 20 years of experience in Mineral Exploration Operations, Management, Business Development, and Joint Venture relations. Mr. Coleman is the founder of the Mexico Mining Center – the largest digital media platform for the Mexican Mining Industry and organizers of the annual Discoveries Mining Conference in Hermosillo, Mexico. Mr. Coleman holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
Dependant director
Mr. Lishman brings over 40 years of investment industry and business experience to the Corporations Board of Directors. For the last 10 years, Mr. Lishman has worked with Yellowjacket, LP, an investment fund, where he is currently the Managing General Partner. Mr. Lishman spent the first 12 years of his career in the mining industry and has had over 30 years of experience as an investor in a variety of precious metals mining companies.
