Mr. Christian has over 15 years of International experience in Technical and Advisory roles in resource exploration and extraction for private juniors to large cap corporations. Mr. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta and a professional designation with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. Mr. Christian also holds a Master of Science in Geoscience from the University of London.

Paul Rozek, CA CPA

Mr. Rozek has over 10 years experience in Accounting and Finance. His experience includes audit, financial reporting, tax, and project management. Mr. Rozek completed his Bachelors of Nursing degree at the University of Calgary. He later completed his Masters in Professional Accounting (MPAcc) at the University of Saskatchewan and earned his Chartered Accountant, and Chartered Professional Accountant designations with Deloitte, in Calgary and the island of Bermuda.

William Kuran
Prospector
Mr. Kuran has close to 40 years of experience in the mineral exploration field. William holds a diploma in geological engineering technology from Sault College, Ontario. He has worked for a multitude of companies across Canada as a geological technician, prospector and geophysical technician, some which include Noranda, Cominco. Mr. Kuran has been a licensed mineral prospector since he was 18 years of age.
Shannon Baird, P.Geo
Exploration Manager
Mr. Baird brings over 17 years of technical, management, evaluation, and development experience in Au-Ag, Cu-Au, and Ni-Cu-PGE exploration across the Americas and Caribbean with Vale, Wallbridge, Carube Copper, C3 Metals, and PrometheX Ltd. Mr. Baird played an integral part in the discovery of Parkin 1500 Cu-Ni-PGE Zone (Sudbury), Rogers Creek and MacKenzie Cu-Au Porphyries (BC), and the Main Ridge Au-Ag-Cu Epithermal trend in Jamaica and the development of the Broken Hammer Cu-PGE open pit in Sudbury, Ontario.

Jody Dahrouge, P.Geo

Mr. Dahrouge is a Professional geologist with over twenty-five years of experience in Canada and Internationally, and has a successful background in base metals, industrial minerals, rare earth metals and uranium exploration. Since 1998, Mr. Dahrouge has been the president of Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd., a geological services company that provides consulting services to a broad range of public and private exploration and mining companies. He is a professional geologist (Alberta) and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in geology and computing science, both from the University of Alberta.
Colin Christensen

Mr. Christensen has over 40+ years of active participation in the Canadian public equity markets, from 10 years as a financial advisor in the investment community, through 35 years involved as a director and officer of various public resource companies trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange. Mr. Christensen’s public company experience has included the financing, managing and directing of mineral exploration activities in Eastern Europe, the financing and development of two small scale heap leach gold mines in Kazakhstan, and the acquisition, financing, and project development of various mineral projects in North America. Mr. Christensen has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.
